She's the one who should be ashamed of giving the lowest rating just because this indecisive person didn't order the first time and came back two hours later only to find there wasn't enough dough left for her order, as the owner kindly explained. It's just someone who thinks they're entitled to everything and couldn't handle not getting what they wanted at that precise moment. Unacceptable behavior and reaction!
