Disappointed with the vegetarian salad. I was supposed to get pickles, but I didn't. They put black olives in it instead. That's not right.

Excellent! I go there often, and the quality-price ratio is incredible! Honestly, the best pizza I've had in Nancy, and I recommend the Cannibale.

The delivery driver was rude to the customer. I asked him if my order was cold, since every time I order, the food arrives cold by the time it's delivered by car. I also asked him how it was possible that four days ago, I ordered and it arrived piping hot in 20 minutes, delivered by a cool driver on a scooter, whereas when they come by car, it takes an hour to deliver, even though I'm only 15 meters from Andimo Pizza in Tomblaine. It's ridiculous!

I order at least twice a month. My last order was 30 minutes late, which can happen, but when you call, they tell you it's all good, he's gone, and then they hang up on you without even saying goodbye. It's a shame to treat loyal customers like that. This will definitely be my last order. What a pity.

I've been ordering pizzas from this chain for several years now, and I've never had too many problems, but this time it's gone too far. I ordered from this restaurant again today. I had requested a 9 pm delivery because I was busy earlier. To accommodate everyone, I specified a precise time. However, the delivery driver arrived at my door at 8:40 pm, forcing me to stop what I was doing. It would be better not to offer the option to choose a delivery time in these situations. When I went downstairs, I found a particularly rude delivery driver. He didn't say a word to me and just handed me my order. When I said goodbye, I felt like I was bothering him. He replied with a barely audible goodbye: the only words I received. I then sent him a message asking him to respect the scheduled delivery time next time, explaining that it would have saved him from waiting in the rain and having to repeatedly contact me before getting a response. He replied using the informal "tu" form and telling me he was "just a delivery driver." What am I to make of that? He works at the very place where the request was ignored. Apparently, politeness and respect are not among this young man's values. If I can find one positive point, it's the value for money. We can eat at affordable prices, and the products are of good quality.

Over an hour and a half wait for just two pizzas. The phone service is a disaster; you can't understand anything, and they can't understand anything either. The responses are so cold you wonder if you're bothering them. In short, it's lucky the pizzas are good and reasonably priced because everything else needs improvement.

Very disappointed with the taste. The potatoes and nuggets were swimming in oil; I ate more oil than potatoes—it was inedible. The pizza had no flavor, and the cheese tasted like it was expired. The pizza dough was terrible.
