Nice bakery with good products, but it would be good to have more variety and new items. After several months, there are new items. That's great! It's a nice change!

I come to this shop from time to time to buy my bread. On Saturday afternoon, a pigeon was walking in the aisle. I mentioned it to the cashier, who replied that it was just a pigeon. Hygiene standards don't seem to be a priority for your staff. That's a shame...

Great place

I don't understand the logic of having one person serving and another handling the cash. It would be much faster if the sales staff handled both service and payment. The organization isn't really optimal.

Hello, on June 16th at 7:00 AM, I ordered 9 baguettes for €6.60, 5 pain au chocolat, and 5 croissants for €6. The cashier told me the total was €15.10. I looked at my receipt and noticed that the croissants and pain au chocolat were charged at €7.30. I went back to the cashier and asked her to check the errors, giving her my receipt and asking if there were any other mistakes, as I didn't have my reading glasses with me. After checking, she told me the bread was correct and refunded me €1.30. I asked for my receipt again, and as I was leaving, I saw that I had also been charged €1.20 for a croissant. I went back in line and pointed this out to the cashier, who refunded me another €1.20. I remarked that this was a lot of errors. She told me that the till hadn't been updated. Since this shop opens at 6:30 am, I feel sorry for the earlier customers. This is the first time I've had this kind of problem at this bakery. The cashier is new, and I think she should be trained before being given a till. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident. Sincerely

Friendly and professional staff

The sales assistants aren't always very pleasant. Between those who barely say hello and those who don't seem to want to be there... they really need to rethink their customer service.

The reception from some employees does not make one want to return.

There have been many negative changes since the beginning. Often, after 6 p.m., there's little to no bread left. And the baguettes are regularly very small! ...Isn't it possible to make them longer? At the other Blachère bakeries (Ludres or Vandoeuvre), the baguettes aren't that short.
