Warm welcome and excellent meal.

One of the best wood-fired pizzas (a simple Neapolitan) I've ever eaten (and it's a long one :-). The dough was incredibly light, crafted by a discreet but efficient pizzaiolo! As for the service: smiling, quick, and friendly. Bravo! It's a shame that some sourpusses come to vent their misplaced bitterness in these reviews.

A very disappointing experience. The cocktail glasses were dusty, which immediately gave a bad impression. We were a table of seven, hastily arranged, in a nearly empty restaurant, and yet the dishes were served with significant delays after a very long wait. It was impossible to eat together, and the dishes that arrived were barely warm. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes for dessert after ordering, as the staff seemed more preoccupied with tidying and cleaning the restaurant than serving customers. In total, we spent over two and a half hours there during the second seating (starting at 9 pm) for food that was merely adequate, nothing more. Special mention goes to the pasta carbonara: a huge, dry portion with only a few pieces of meat. In short, a frustrating experience that doesn't make us want to return; this will be our first and last time.

Very disappointed. We were looking forward to coming to this restaurant, which looked very appealing on the menu. Unfortunately... apart from the spritz cookies, the rest of the meal was very disappointing. The fritto misto was made from ultra-dry frozen food. The fresh cacio e pepe pasta was awful, overcooked, and the sauce, which was supposed to be creamy, was a sort of sticky, lumpy paste. I couldn't even eat a quarter of the dish (which cost €18, by the way). The tiramisu was no better, full of lumps and tasteless. €93 for two at lunchtime (aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, water) was the worst money we've spent in a restaurant in a very long time...

A very good place. I came for lunch today and had a very pleasant experience. The service is quick and very friendly, perfect for a lunch break. The food is really delicious and the value for money is excellent. I will gladly return.

Good pizzas, generously topped, despite the small burrata. The waitresses were very pleasant. It's a shame, however, that the tables for two were so close together: we felt like we were eating with our neighbors.

Third visit to this restaurant, where the first two times were fantastic! A little disappointed this time, as the Milanese pizza wasn't up to the price, with just a few noodles, a lemon wedge, and that's it. The tiramisu wasn't great either; there was no coffee flavor, and the ladyfingers weren't soaked, which was a shame. On the other hand, the pizzas my wife and son had were very good. It wasn't very busy for a Friday night; my previous visits were also on Fridays, and it was packed. I hope things improve soon! 😉

We had a wonderful time at Ragazza. The place is very welcoming and the food was excellent. We can see the difference since the new team took over. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the team.

A very bad experience. While the place is charming, the service is slow and the food is really not good. The pizza was practically burnt, the gnocchi was like chewing gum... one of the diners got sick.
