Pizza Hut

The place isn't appealing. It absolutely needs a makeover; you can't even see the preparation area. The food tastes good, but it's expensive.

I occasionally order from this Pizza Hut. The atmosphere isn't usually great, to say the least. But on the evening of February 13th, it took the cake! I arrived at 10:30 PM after work. The store closes at 11 PM, so... no problem. I was greeted very rudely by an employee who clearly thought he'd run out of customers. To his much more respectful colleague, he kept complaining that he was tired. Yeah, well... so am I. While waiting for my order, I heard him sighing from a distance, "What's with these people arriving at the last minute?" Sorry, but there was still almost half an hour left... He spent the whole time huffing and puffing and getting annoyed. In the end, I left with my pizza at 10:48 PM. So what was the problem? Frankly, a very unpleasant experience that will make me think twice before going back.

Great experience at Pizza Hut! The pizzas were delicious, generously topped, and served piping hot. The crust was perfect, soft inside and slightly crispy outside. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and very professional. The service was quick and the atmosphere pleasant. I highly recommend it and will gladly return! 🍕

At what point can you eat on the premises when there are no toilets??? It's forbidden!

The pizzas were way overcooked! The cheese was rock hard and completely unseen because everything was so burnt.

The pizza was really small for a medium size. The prices are excessive per pizza; luckily, the second one is free. The crust was too greasy and dripping with oil, which is a shame considering the ingredients weren't bad. The staff was welcoming, though; I have to mention the positive points. Unfortunately, it was our first and last time.

Order placed... almost an hour late delivery... What can I say... well, one customer lost and some fantastic free advertising gained... Keep going like this and soon you won't have any customers left, but at least you'll know why...

Warm welcome, nice setting

I absolutely do not recommend this service. I placed an order through Uber Eats and both pizzas were wrong (instead of two Margheritas, I received garlic bread and a four-cheese pizza...). Money wasted and a huge disappointment. Delivering the correct items is the bare minimum, and I don't think it would be that difficult to at least do that... Not to mention that the prices are outrageous.

The delivery driver was very friendly, but what a surprise! 6 tenders instead of 12, costing €18.30 each, with a total bill of €32. That's expensive for tenders! I sent an email, but haven't received a reply... something to think about.
