The dough is light, airy, perfectly matured, impeccably cooked, and made with high-quality ingredients. Each pizza is crafted with passion and precision. Honestly, all pizzas should be like this! After tasting Nocifoodtruck's pizzas, it's going to be very difficult to eat any other without being disappointed. And to top it all off, the duo who run the food truck are really friendly, welcoming, passionate, and always smiling. A real pleasure to chat with them. I've rarely eaten such a good pizza in the Nancy area, especially from a food truck! The only pizza where every last bit of dough was eaten!!

Exceptional pizzas The Bianca and Inferno pizzas are delicious, with light crust and high-quality ingredients. The Nutella for dessert is equally fabulous. Go to Noci without hesitation; you won't be disappointed.

A pizza food truck you absolutely can't miss! The welcome is very warm, and the Italian ingredients are explained if needed. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful, and the Neapolitan dough is truly masterful—light and delicious. The pizza is cut with scissors to avoid breaking the air pockets; you can tell they've paid attention to detail.
