The smoothie was awful, made with water and completely unsweetened. The milkshake had no whipped cream, which was disappointing considering the price. The mixed-race waitress with a tattoo on her arm was incredibly haughty, bitter, and unfriendly. The welcome was a total 5/10 – horrible behavior. If you can't smile or treat customers properly, you might as well stay home, not bother working, and give your job to someone more pleasant. Goodbye.

Very disappointed with this experience. It's a shame we can't give zero stars, or even -1. The woman who served us was very haughty and spoke to us in a truly rude manner, telling us to move. The smoothies were very disappointing; they tasted like they were made with water, and my milkshake arrived without whipped cream despite the price. A real shame, especially considering the location. I definitely do not recommend it.

The Best Gaufres de Bruxelles in town. Don‘t waste your money anywhere else. They are light crisp…yes a golden, crispy-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside waffle made with a light batter, delicately sweetened and baked fresh in front of you served warm. Perfect for breakfast or dessert, it pairs beautifully with fresh fruit, yogurt, or a light dusting of powdered sugar. 5 stars from Luxembourg 🇱🇺👌👍👍👍👍👍

Don't go to the wrong place: Chalet Gourmand is the place to stop! Among the other establishments in the area, this place truly stands out for the quality of its waffles, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, a rare find indeed. The house specialties are generous, delicious, and prepared with care. The chalet's warm atmosphere invites you to linger, and the service is equally welcoming: friendly and attentive. A true gourmet gem in Nancy. We'll definitely be back!

The saleswoman was grumpy, not helpful at all, no smile, no polite greetings. The products weren't very good quality for the price, and the flavors were bland.

The waffles were definitely dry and not fresh. The young woman serving was incredibly unfriendly and didn't make me want to buy anything from her. I won't be going back, that's for sure. It's clear she's not happy doing her job!

Churros were OK, The Nutella supplement was offered, but it wasn't Nutella; it was just bad chocolate spread. Paying for something that wasn't what you wanted or what was advertised is the reason for my 1-star review.
