Brasserie Stanislas

A wonderful discovery. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The setting was beautiful and inviting, and we were given a tour of the entire restaurant, including two lovely interior terraces in addition to the one outside. We will definitely return. Excellent value for money.

Avoid at all costs, it's a rip-off! We ordered two sea bream and they arrived with two tiny fillets, priced at €27 per dish. Unbelievable! I pointed this out and they told me it was to avoid cleaning the fish – absolutely ridiculous! They're basically making two dishes out of one sea bream – a complete rip-off! So stay away!

Very good, friendly and welcoming staff

Large and very good restaurant; the burger and tagliata were sublime. The wait was a little long because the waiter forgot to take our order, but the dishes were worth it, and the desserts were also very good. The atmosphere is quite calm inside, and the staff is very pleasant.

Tempted by the excellent Google rating, I decided to try it one evening in July. The welcome and service were impeccable, the staff attentive, smiling, and very warm. The cocktails were very good. Unfortunately, the main courses didn't live up to our expectations for a restaurant with a 4.8 rating. The carpaccio consisted solely of cherry tomatoes and grated Parmesan cheese (plus the accompanying fries), with no seasoning whatsoever (it lacked the basic elements of a carpaccio: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, caper flowers, mixed greens, and Parmesan shavings). The suggested salad was also meager; we were told it would include avocado, which had clearly been forgotten. The desserts are homemade, which is a true mark of quality. We shared the house specialty, the Délice de Stanislas, and it was a real treat.

We weren't told twice that the pizza oven wasn't on. The service was incredibly slow. They tried to take our food away twice even though we hadn't finished eating! We ordered sauces when we were served, and they charged us for them on the bill without informing us of the extra cost! Unacceptable, and completely unprofessional!

Only served sandwiches or pastries late afternoon so can’t comment on the meals.

We were delighted from start to finish. Exquisite cuisine, impeccable service. We will gladly return.

I discovered this restaurant almost a year ago, and it's become a bit of a regular spot for me... I've tried practically everything, and it's all excellent. It's a pleasure to eat fresh, homemade food at a very reasonable price in a lovely setting just steps from Place Stanislas. The pizzas are delicious, made by a true chef. The owner and his staff are lovely, friendly, and always open to conversation and suggestions. Thank you to the whole team. Don't change a thing, and above all, keep up this spirit! 🙏😊

A wonderful experience at this brasserie right next to Place Stanislas. First of all, the staff and owner are very friendly. We had some very pleasant conversations. Then, we ate very well: burgers, carpaccio, and chicken skewers (the daily special). Everything was delicious, as were the side dishes. The desserts were also excellent. Finally, the non-alcoholic cocktails were delicious and refreshing. In short, a restaurant to return to as soon as possible.
