July 16, 2026 at 10:05 AM... A store to avoid! Terrible service. I asked for two ham and Emmental sandwiches. The cashier curtly replied, "We don't have any." I asked if it was possible to make some. "No." I'm a customer, not a friend! Go to the one in the Auchan La Sapinière shopping center, right next to the Thiriet store. You'll be well received and served there.

It's a real shame to advertise opening hours until 8pm and then when we arrive at 7:45pm the doors are closed and the saleswoman doesn't even bother to come and open them!

Today, June 30th at 7 PM, I came to buy a pizza and a very good flan served by a young man and woman. The service was excellent, the staff pleasant and polite; frankly, there's nothing to complain about, they were very professional. They recommended the special offers. Thank you, young people!

It's a shame I can't give zero stars! I work nearby, so my colleagues and I go there often, but frankly, we won't be going back. We tried going back several times thinking it would be okay, but the service is unacceptable! They speak to us very rudely, no smiles, we feel rushed, so in the end I could only get a sandwich without being able to order a meal deal. I asked for a bag because they didn't offer one; they practically threw it at me! The sandwiches are practically empty. Frankly, I won't be going back...

Monday, June 15th, 5:50 PM: A saleswoman yells at a poor woman for daring to speak up. A customer simply wanted to choose their product, but of course, there's the issue of expiration dates and stock rotation, which is normal. The saleswoman misspoke and implied that she was forced to serve the customer a product that expired that very day (there are ways to explain to customers that products remain fresh and that there's nothing to worry about). As a result, the fact that she misspoke elicited a surprised expression from an elderly woman, "Oooh!", nothing more. Her exclamation earned her a "WHAT'S THE WAY?! AM I TALKING TO YOU? PRODUCTS EXPIRE, THAT'S JUST HOW IT IS!" I think a vacation or a career change is in order because, as someone who works in the restaurant industry myself, speaking to customers like that is unacceptable. The gentleman working alongside her was friendly, perhaps even a little embarrassed, I'm not quite sure, but he remained very professional, well done! The food is still good there despite everything, but I won't be returning when that disrespectful person is on duty. Have a good evening.

On Monday, June 8th, as usual, I bought a country-style multigrain loaf (€2.60). It turned out to be unsalted. We informed the saleswoman, who promised to notify the baker. The next day, June 9th, I bought the same loaf again, and it was still unsalted. The saleswoman's response was, "The bags of flour contain salt, so it's impossible for the baker to fix this problem. The bread will remain unsalted until the bags of flour are used up!" No compensation was offered.

Hello, First of all, I would like to clarify that I am not French, but I have always had great respect for the French people, whom I consider warm and deeply committed to quality of life and etiquette. I have been working in France for ten months now and I live in Nancy. From the moment I arrived, I tried to integrate and establish my daily routines, particularly by frequenting local shops, including your bakery. I have always been very satisfied with your products, especially your bread, which I greatly appreciate. From the beginning, I have been a regular customer: every morning to buy breakfast for my team at work, and about every three weeks to buy cakes for my family and colleagues. However, my experience changed at the beginning of May. During one visit, I ordered several items: five croissants, five pain au chocolat, eight baguettes, and four cakes (two strawberry and two cream). The staff present that day seemed rather unwilling to communicate or welcome me. Despite my imperfect French, I did my best to make myself understood, particularly by pointing out the products. However, I sensed an attitude of weariness and impatience with my repeated requests. This gave me the impression of being treated disrespectfully, as if my presence was a nuisance. Another Italian customer who was there at the time noticed the situation and followed me in his car, remarking on the inappropriate behavior and telling me that I had made myself perfectly clear. He reassured me by saying that this behavior was not representative of all French people, which I remain convinced of. Following this experience, I have decided not to frequent your establishment again and to go to another bakery nearby where the welcome is much warmer. Nevertheless, I wanted to try again a month later, that is, yesterday. Unfortunately, I found the same person again and I perceived little patience and little attention during the order. I bought my five chocolate croissants, five croissants, and eight baguettes, but with each request, the discomfort and annoyance were clearly palpable. So I preferred to leave without buying the pastries, as I already felt uncomfortable in front of the other customers. I wish to emphasize that I am not trying to generalize or judge a country or its people based on a single experience. However, it is important to remember that the way a customer is received can profoundly shape their feelings and have a lasting impact on their trust in a business. More generally, I believe it is essential to remember that every person, regardless of their origin or language, deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. Foreigners, who live and work far from their country of origin, often already face numerous challenges in adapting. A little patience and kindness can make a big difference. Respect between individuals is fundamental, and rejection or discrimination, even unintentional, should never have a place in a work or service environment. Diversity is an asset, and welcoming everyone in their difference is a core value of any modern society. Thank you for your attention to this message. Sincerely,
Jacky Merkling

As always, the vendors are in a rush. But the worst part is the quality. One baguette wasn't fresh. I wanted one from the display behind the vendor. He refused, arguing that the ones on the counter were just as fresh. That was a lie. It's not the first time I've been ripped off. To top it all off, a discounted Nanterre brioche, but also smaller, and undercooked—that is to say, it hadn't risen... I could go on and on. More and more disappointing...

Hello, I'm not usually one to post reviews, but I felt I had to. I come here almost every day for my lunch and breakfast, but this will be the last time. I haven't said anything about the welcome I received from a young lady, but today, being served by a rather arrogant young man is unacceptable! I understand you're busy! But being polite and courteous is also part of it. If there's a manager who could explain my dissatisfaction, that would be great! Sincerely.

I bought two chicken sandwiches on Thursday, April 30th, among other things; three small pieces of chicken; two slices of tomato... Where are the excellent, generously filled sandwiches you used to offer a while ago??? Honestly, it's expensive for just bread, which thankfully was good!!! I'm not sure I'll be back... 🤬🤬🤬👎

Hello, I bought an XXL pizza today, but it's only XXL in name. There was a time when pizzas filled the entire box. Lately, they've been getting smaller and smaller. It's a shame because the pizza itself is good. Shrinkage, you've got us in your grip...

And I learn today that the Zinedine Zidane of sales is no longer here... How could they do this? Jérôme, there's no one better than him. All the others are so sad. But he was a miracle, you had a gem. Bring him back, you can put him in any position. He can do everything... How sad...

I learned of Jérôme's departure. You don't know what you're missing; a man like him is worth his weight in gold. Don't let him go! Shame on you when you see what he's accomplished in the two weeks since his miraculous return to your offices. He's done in two weeks what others can't manage in a whole year. (It's impressive, it's impeccable.) This man is a miracle for your businesses. Send him on a tour of France so he can teach your employees to smile and spread joy, because your businesses desperately need it. All the best to him!

Really disappointed, no sandwiches available because there were no goods, no possibility to sit down and take a seat, compared to other establishments it was not a success for me.

Jérôme welcomed me with joy and good humor, radiating positive energy. It's a job that suits him perfectly. The service was very pleasant. Customers can only start their day off right with Jérôme. Thank you again!
