As a regular customer of this charming grocery store, I urge you to discover it very soon if you haven't already. Everything there is delicious: charcuterie, cheeses, arancini, pizzas... The staff is also very friendly.

The takeaway pizza is good, but it gets cold quickly... a version with rocket and burrata would be great.

Disappointed with my recent experiences at Rue d’Italie, even though I usually really like this chain. I ordered chicken-curry arancini and received ham and mozzarella. When I pointed this out, the only response was, “They’re good too.” Another time, I ordered four slices of ham and received shredded ham, which was much less convenient for my needs. My comment went unanswered. I went back anyway, but on my last visit, my arancini were forgotten at the checkout, and I had to pay again by card. Not a big deal individually, but the repeated errors are becoming irritating and make me question the quality of the service. It’s a shame, because the food itself is good.

We went there on Wednesday, May 20th at 2:30 PM. We asked if it was possible to order a charcuterie platter, and we were told it was by order only and that we would have to come back later! They even told us, "I think you'll have to wait a few minutes!" She did ask her colleague... Yet, there was no one else in the shop... We replied, "It's okay, we won't bother you," and left empty-handed. I find it really unprofessional, especially these days, to refuse service to a customer, young or old. So, I don't recommend the service, and I won't be experiencing the quality! Staff to avoid! 👌

Young people who don't know the products... I simply asked which ham was the saltiest, and she told me they all were... Anyway... The thickness of the slices... they should have been steaks... I pointed it out to her, and she replied, in a slightly exasperated tone, that she would have to redo the entire sheet... However, the welcome was friendly, which is something. This isn't the first time I've come for charcuterie, and each time I've been disappointed...

Excellent raclette cheese platter! The cheeses are varied, perfectly aged, and of exceptional quality. Every bite is a real treat; you can taste the care that went into the selection. Ideal for a convivial and indulgent raclette, I highly recommend it! 🧀🔥😋

I'm speechless when it comes to describing their four-cheese pizza, their arancini, and their mini panzerotti—oh my goodness! 😍🤤 My compliments to the chef and the whole team for their warm welcome 🫶 I recommend it more than 10,000%!
