Very good pizza and salad

If you want to eat fruit flies in a completely processed salad, a Vosges-style salad without hard-boiled eggs, a sad, unripe tomato, lettuce swimming in water and dressing, and industrial potatoes that look like they were thrown on top of the salad from Metro, all for €12 (the contents are worth less than €2), then go ahead. I called to report the fruit flies and the poor quality for the price, and I was met with hostility. I didn't want to leave a negative Google review, but faced with no apology, no self-reflection, and an extremely unpleasant "it's not my fault, I can't do anything about it" attitude, well, I'm writing this review to warn others. If you want a good salad, go somewhere else. The pizzas are good, but this unpleasant experience ruined everything. I won't be going back.

After several meals with colleagues, it's time for me to thank La Ruota for their exceptional cascata and impeccable service. The chef always comes to say hello, creating the friendly atmosphere we were looking for!

A real wood-fired pizza. The prices are very reasonable. For example, the lunchtime special is unbeatable in terms of price for the quality of the product.

A little gem with a big heart! Thank you so much for the amazing food, your patience with our language barrier, and your overall hospitality! We enjoyed excellent pizza and a pleasant chat while the authentic wood-fired oven warmed our weary bones. Despite our heavy motorcycle gear, they let us sit inside. They even offered to store our backpacks and helmets safely in the back room during our visit, especially to protect the helmets from damage. The pizza was simply divine! Delicious wood-fired pizza, fresh and quickly prepared. A cozy atmosphere. The place seems to be very popular with the locals as well. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely eat here again!

The phone reception was unpleasant; they didn't let me finish speaking before taking my order. I ordered a pizza with mussels, but the problem was that it wasn't cleaned at all. The snail pizza had no flavor; it's supposed to have homemade snail butter, but it was completely tasteless.

It's always a great pleasure to enjoy the excellent pizzas offered here. The welcome is warm and friendly. The menu is perfect!

Ordered by phone for takeout. No complaints. The pizzas were ready on time and really good. I highly recommend it.

The pizzas are DELICIOUS: they melt in your mouth, made with quality ingredients. The profiteroles are superb.

Living in Custines, we've been getting pizza from them for years. They're always delicious. No matter how much I've traveled, no pizza comes close to the Cascata de La Ruota.
